Our unblended Straight Bourbon is meant to be savored. Every drop is made with the greatest attention to detail. Made grain-to-glass in-house using only the finest Texas grain, grown just down the road from the distillery. Nose: Molasses, pepper and spice. Palate: Oak, spice, blackberry and tobacco. Lingering warm rye’d finish will leave you wanting another sip.

UNBendt Straight Wheat Whiskey

Our bottled-in-bond Straight Wheat Whiskey was winning awards out of the gate - Gold in San Francisco and Double-Gold in New York the week it was released! Made grain-to-glass in-house using soft red winter wheat, grown just down the road from the distillery. Nose: Light cereal and plum. Palate: Smooth cherry and charred oak. Medium finish - light and lingering sweetness.
