Jacob Peraza

Jacob loves being outdoors and spends as much time as possible kayaking, camping, grilling, and fishing. A newlywed as of Fall 2020, he and his wife enjoy hitting the road in the RV with their fur babies. A connoisseur of carne asada, craft beer, and margaritas, Jacob works hard, plays hard, and is always the first to volunteer to help a friend. Jacob joined #teambendt in November 2016.

Mark Davis
Operations Lead
Mark divides his free time between home improvement projects, maintaining the Davis family farm (40 animals!), RVing and living the high life on cruise ships. He and his wife of over 20 years have two sons, both Eagle Scouts and one currently serving in the Air Force. Mark is the Jack-of-all-trades at BENDT. If he can’t fix it, he’ll just build a new one. Mark finally joined #teambendt full time in March 2016.

Denise was born and raised in Texas, never straying too far from the Metroplex. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, Mallory, and their pets (aka her favorite people). She also enjoys sunshine, books, traveling, going for walks, and reality TV. She has been in the bar industry for over 25 years, following in her mom's footsteps. A New York native, born and bred in the Bronx, John has called Texas home for nearly 15 years. He is a family man, a dog lover, and the ultimate team player. If you see John coming your way, it’s best to step aside - he’s always moving fast, has more energy than most youngsters, and runs circles around the rest of us. A native Texan, Raleigh loves golfing, Dallas sports, and sipping cocktails under the big Texas sky. He learned to golf from his grandfather, and actually spent some time playing professionally. Zach is originally from Chicago and currently lives in Lewisville, TX. He is a regular gym-goer and enjoys everything from playing sand volleyball to snowboarding. You can often find him walking his dogs around Old Town Lewisville. Zach joined #teamBENDT in 2019 and worked here before heading to Utah for two years. Zach came home to #teambendt in the fall of 2023.

Justin was born and raised in Old East Dallas. In his free time, he enjoys homebrewing beer and spending time with his family. Justin began his career by working on the bottling line and eventually worked his way up to being in charge of it. Heather is originally from Mansfield, Texas, but now she lives in North Fort Worth. When she is not working, Heather spends her time wake surfing, golfing, or hanging out with friends and family. She is a proud owner of a golden retriever named Nash and a big fan of the Texas Rangers. A fun fact about Heather is that her family is from Germany, and she loves traveling around the world! Steven is from Flower Mound and knows the area well. He is passionate about producing and packaging whiskey, and can often be found climbing our 20ft barrel stacks at work to pull whiskey samples. In his free time, Steven enjoys exploring the outdoors, such as hiking in the mountains and skiing. Steven joined #teambendt in February 2023.

Born in Tulsa, OK to an active Air Force serviceman and his wife. During her father's Air Force career, she moved around various Air Force bases throughout the country. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her cat and participating in her bible studies or book clubs. Additionally, she's an active member of the YMCA.
