1. Program Description
By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from Bendt Distilling Co. and Ethel Janes, including whiskey release alerts, event invitations, kitchen specials, and promotional offers.

2. Age Requirement (21+)
You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the Program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are of legal drinking age in the United States. We reserve the right to require age verification at any time.

3. Consent & Opt-In
Voluntary Participation: Signing up for the Program is not a condition of any purchase.Method: You may opt-in via our website forms, by texting a keyword to our short code, or at our physical location.Confirmation: You may receive a one-time confirmation text to verify your subscription.

4. Messaging Frequency & Costs
Frequency: Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive approximately 2–4 messages per month, though this may increase during special events or holiday seasons.Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your text messaging plan.

5. How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP to any message you receive from Bendt Distilling Co. or Ethel Janes.You will receive one final "Unsubscribe Confirmation" message.After this, no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

7. Texas "Quiet Hours" & State Compliance

8. Prohibited Content
You agree not to use the Program to send any content that is:Fraudulent, defamatory, or harassing.Obscene or racially/ethnically offensive.Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to the effective transmission of your wireless service provider and network operator.
