Made using local north Texas grain and made grain-to-glass at BENDT Distilling Co. in Lewisville, Texas, our Straight Malt Whiskey has been slow-aged in the Texas climate for over five years. The grain bill includes 2-Row Malted Barley and north Texas grown Soft Winter Red Wheat. Aged 5+ years in a 53 gallon standard bourbon barrel at a 3.5 char level. Bottled-in-Bond at 100 proof / 50% ABV.
This option is available for pickup from 225 S. Charles Street, Lewisville, TX 75057 only, Fridays and Saturdays from 12-5pm. Please bring your receipt and a valid, government issued ID (21+) at pickup.
